Chouchane Siranossian

The French violinist Chouchane Siranossian is one of the most engaging talents of her generation and has firmly established her reputation in historical performance as well as in modern music. She studied with Tibor Varga, Pavel Vernikov, Zakhar Bron and Reinhard Goebel and is regularly invited as both soloist and concert master by numerous orchestras including Les Siècles, Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, Concerto Köln, Les Musiciens du Louvre and Anima Eterna. She is leader of Ensemble Esperanza Liechtenstein. Her recordings have been numerously rewarded. Thus, her first solo CD ‘In Time’ received the Diapason Découverte ; ‘L’Ange et le Diable’, a duo-CD with Jos van Immerseel as well as a recording of Mendelssohn Concerto were awarded at the ICMA 2018/19.

Astrig Siranossian

Winner of the First Prize and several times winner of the Special Prize of the Krzysztof Penderecki International Cello Competition, Astrig Siranossian performs as soloist with famous orchestras. A regular guest of Daniel Barenboim, her musical partners are no less than Simon Rattle, Martha Argerich, Antonio Pappano, Yo-Yo Ma, Sol Gabetta, Bertrand Chamayou, Daniel Ottensamer… Her last recording with the Sinfonia Varsovia received the ‘Schallplattenkritik Prize’. She has been artist in residence at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel as well as the Singer-Polignac Foundation. Since 2015, she is Artistic Director of Les Musicades, festival of the town of Romans that mirrors music with art as well as with gastronomy.
